Carol Waldroop - COO

Carol Waldroop

Carol Waldroop is a co-founder and Chief Operations Officer for PCS, Inc. Moving from North Carolina to become a Tennessean in 1980, Carol and her husband, Ed, founded PC Solutions in Maryville, TN in 1991. That business served as a springboard for PCS to be incorporated in 1996. With a background in finance, Carol was convinced that a responsibly and ethically run IT company was just what the region needed. Serving as President until 2009, Carol has overseen many changes throughout the evolution of the company and credits day-to-day challenge and working with great employees and customers as what she likes most about being part of PCS.

Ed Waldroop - CEO

Ed Waldroop

Ed Waldroop is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer for PCS, Inc., which he has been since the company’s inception in 1996. His 16 years of service with PCS (and six years of operating its predecessor, PC Solutions) have allowed him to see clearly the impact that technology makes in education. Begun as little more than a dream to make a difference, PCS has become a staple in education by adhering to Ed’s insistence to “do the right thing all the time.” Prior to co-founding PCS, Ed served his country in the United States Marine Corps and is a retiree from ALCOA (Aluminum Company of America). He is a graduate of Leadership Blount, Class of 2007.

Jeremy Waldroop - President

Jeremy Waldroop

Jeremy Waldroop is the President for PCS, Inc., a post he has held since 2009. Prior to that, Jeremy was Director of Sales for the company. A 14-year veteran, Jeremy has been instrumental in the growth of PCS in terms of markets, products and services, and team member selection. Believing in the value of true partnerships, he has worked hard to foster mutually positive relationships between our customers, our vendors, and our team members. Jeremy is a graduate from UNC – Chapel Hill.

Emily Tabolt - Director of Operations

Emily Tabolt

Emily Tabolt is the Director of Operations for PCS, Inc., where she oversees company logistics and customer services. Her ten years of service with PCS has allowed her the opportunity to design processes and pioneer new departments and positions. She loves how working at PCS keeps her abreast of new technology, especially in education, and has opened her up to the local community through volunteer opportunities. Prior to her work at PCS, Emily served her country for four years as an airman in the USAF. Emily earned her BA in History from the University of Tennessee and is a graduate of Leadership Blount, Class of 2010.

Mike Asbury - Director of Sales & Business Development

Mike Asbury

Mike Asbury is the Director of Sales & Business Development for PCS. Mike leads areas pertaining to Sales, Training, Marketing, and Engineering Services. Since joining the PCS team in 2007, he has worked with team members and customers cooperatively to closely align the company's structure with the needs and requirements of our customers. Mike has served the needs of Tennessee IT customers for over 20 years during a career that includes tenures with ComputerLand of Knoxville, CompuCom Systems (Dallas, TX), and Direct I.S. A native Tennessean, Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Tusculum College, Greeneville, TN.
