At Personal Computer Systems, Inc. (PCS), we take pride in delivering top-quality products to you, our customer. Sometimes an item may need to be returned. Because incomplete
returns increase our costs, we appreciate your compliance with the policies listed below
On components and system hardware, PCS handles the manufacturer's warranty for you for a period of one year. We do not warranty the hardware, we
handle the warranty for you. Unopened, non-damaged software can be returned for credit to PCS for up to 14 days after the original invoice date. Software which has been opened
cannot be returned.
There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to any return of non-defective hardware. Due to price fluctuations in the market, there may be charges in addition to the 15%
restocking fee. If you purchase software which is damaged or the product does not work, you must contact the manufacturer or publisher. PCS does not handle warranties on
defective or damaged software.
Returns must include all warranty cards, manuals, software and accessories. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned in re-sellable condition in terms of,
but not limited to, cables, driver disks, manuals, etc. being returned with product itself. The rule is this - if our vendor will not accept the returned item from us due to
missing or damaged accessories, we cannot accept the returned item from you.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number which is valid for 14 days from its issuance. To receive a Return Authorization number, please fill out and send an RMA
Request form or call PCS's Customer Support line (865-273-1960), or toll free (877-690-5999) and have the following information ready (if you wish to fax the information, we can
provide to you a form for that purpose or you may fax us correspondence containing the information listed immediately below):
Your Customer Number
Product Serial Number if applicable
Nature Of Problem
Your company name and account number
Your voice and fax numbers
All returns which are shipped must be double boxed and include the original packaging. Place the mailing label on the outer box. Do not deface or write on the original
packaging. Returns which are hand delivered to PCS do not need to be double-boxed.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured.

Software compatibility is guaranteed only for pre-installed operating systems on PCS custom systems. Opened software may not be returned for credit.
Failure to follow the return procedures may result in credit refusal. Rejected merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. If you have questions regarding the C.O.D.
charge, call our Customer Service Department before refusing the merchandise. C.O.D. refusals are subject to a cancellation fee.
